The whole of November went by busy as a bee. 5 days a week at work in a pharmacy in Tottenham, with a half day on Wednesday which I treasure more than a boy would treasure space invaders. Then weekends always out doing something, with my new found thing, social clubs, which obviously means I'm getting old, but also has given me much pleasure in my old, lonely fuddy duddy age of 31. The pharmacy is quietish, and small, more quiet now that I know how everything works. Every day at 3.30pm the school kids from just up the road storm into the shop like insurgents and throw 5p coins on the counter in exchange for confectionary resembelling lumps of plastic in various shapes, colours and consistencies, which probably contain more artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives than my nail polish.
